It's been almost nine months since the Redmi Note 5 series premiered, and it's already time for an upgrade. The Redmi Note 6 Pro is now official, shaking up the lineup with one of the most recognizable and controversial features on the market - a frame-to-frame display with a notch.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is powered by octa-core processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro packs a 12-megapixel (f/1.9, 1.4-micron) + 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 20-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is powered by a 4000mAh. It measures 157.90 x 76.38 x 8.20 (height x width x thickness) .
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Fingerprint sensor, Proximity sensor and Accelerometer.

Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro: Camera
The Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro sports an AI-powered dual camera with 12MP primary sensor and 5MP secondary camera. The smartphone has the same camera setup as the Redmi Note 5 Pro (surprise, surprise).
The camera comes equipped with AI portrait mode and electronic image stabilization. The device has also got the 5MP AI selfie camera. However, the camera is not really up to the mark.
We compared it to the camera of Honor 9N which comes in the same price segment and the Redmi 6 Pro turned out be a bit slow in image processing and the images captured also lacks sharpness.
